CANCELLATION POLICY:
If it is necessary for you to cancel your flight, you must do so by 6pm of the night before your flight. If you do not cancel your flight by 8pm of the night before your flight their will
be a $50.00 per person fee charged for late cancellation.
SAFETY:

screened, monitored and revaluated on a regular basis for there safety performance and flying ability. All of our equipment
is new, inspected, and certified by the FAA of an annual basis.We will not take chances with your safety, if the weather conditions are bad or marginal, we consider them unsafe for hot air ballooning and won't fly so make your reservations as early as possible in your stay in Albuquerque.

Our flights last an hour to an hour and a half, depending on fuel, wind direction and available landing sites. With our flights comes a champagne
ceremony, first flight certificate, and a continental breakfast. We have souveniors and momento's available for purchase
after your flight. We also do some digital pictures that we give to you at no extra charge. Remember our rates on balloon rides are the guaranteed lowest in Albuquerque. Don't be fooled by the hard
